Who we are

CB State of Mind (CBSOM) is a grassroots organization founded by our community to address the high rate of suicide in Gunnison County. Our work is rooted in the belief that suicide is preventable—and that everyone has a role to play. Through therapy scholarships and mental health navigation support, we help over 600 local residents each year access the care they need when they need it most.
